These emails are usually sent out on move-in day for bulk move-ins. If you moved in mid-term, you may have to reach out to us directly as these aren't automatic.
If you should've received an email but can't find it, check the same email inbox that you receive communication from your property management to. Check any spam or junk folders as well.
The email will come from support@studenthousingtechnologies.com with a subject line of "Internet Connection Information for..."
