It sounds like you'll need to run a channel scan to find your missing channels.
We can provide some general instructions, but for a step-by-step guide, you might need to search your TV model + "channel scan".
Go to settings > TV inputs > Antenna/Cable > Search for channels
Make sure to search for both Antenna (analog) and Cable (digital) channels.
