Your Wi-Fi login (network name, username and password) comes from Student Housing Technologies, the internet provider at your property. Here's how to get it.
Check for your setup email
If you moved in on your property's main move-in day, we email your Wi-Fi login on or around move-in day to the email address your property has on file for you.
- It comes from Student Housing Technologies, with a subject line that starts with "Internet Connection Information" or "WiFi Connection Information".
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- Check the inbox you use with your property (for example, the one you used on your lease), not only your school email.
Moved in mid-term, or still can't find it?
Login emails aren't sent automatically for mid-term move-ins. You can get your login any of these ways:
- Chat with us using the chat on this page and choose "I never got my Wi-Fi login info".
- Submit a request and choose Account as the issue.
- Ask your leasing office. Property staff can also look up or create your Wi-Fi login.
When you contact us, include your full name, your property and your unit number. You should receive your login within 24 hours, and usually much sooner.
Don't use someone else's password
Every resident has their own login. If you connect with a roommate's or neighbor's password, your device is added to their account. It can then stop working when their account changes, and you'll need to contact us with the device's MAC address to move it back to yours.
Once you have your login
- Wi-Fi devices: join your property's network and enter your password. That's it.
- Wired (Ethernet) devices and devices without a browser: log in to the registration portal listed in your setup email, open Devices, enter the device's MAC address and click Add. See Using your Ethernet connection.
- Want a different password? See Changing your Wi-Fi password, and fixing "Incorrect password".
