If you haven't received your account credentials or network passkey by the time you move in, don't worry! It's possible that we just haven't received the request for your account.
You can submit a request for your credentials yourself by going to "Submit a request" above and selecting "New account"
In the meantime, do not connect with anyone else's passkey.
You should receive your credentials within 24 hours, usually much less. We're also working to make this an automated process through our chat support bot, Botley.
